What this website does
- It does not use cookies, analytics tools, forms or advertising.
- It does not load anything from other websites: fonts and images are hosted on this site.
- It is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which acts as our service provider. To deliver the pages, AWS processes technical data such as your IP address, on the basis of our legitimate interest in delivering and securing the website. We have not enabled access logs for this website.
- This website does not contain health data and does not collect personal data except what you choose to send us by email.
If you write to us
If you send us an email, we use your email address and your message only to answer you. We keep it as long as needed to answer and follow up, and we delete it when you ask. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests (and, where you ask about the service, steps taken at your request before an agreement).
Transfers outside the European Union
The website is delivered through a content delivery network (Amazon CloudFront) that can process technical data, such as your IP address, in countries outside the European Union, including the United States. Where this happens, it relies on the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The data of the talkingPills app, when it is released, will be described in its own privacy notice, including the service providers and any transfer involved.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to the use of your data, by writing to the address above. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or to the authority of your country.
